•  The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) 2025 exam.
•  This recruitment is for the post of Assistant Commandant (AC).
•  Candidates who took part in the selection process can now see their final status.
•  A total of 357 positions are being filled through this drive.

•   You could start filling out the application on March 5, 2025.
•   The application portal closed on March 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
•   Fee payments had to be finished by the same closing date of March 25, 2025.
•   A special period for fixing mistakes in the form was open from March 26 to April 1, 2025.
•   The written exam was held on August 3, 2025.
•   Results sorted by names were made public on April 9, 2026.
•   The absolute final list of selected candidates came out on August 7, 2026.

•   General and OBC male candidates had to pay a fee of 200 rupees.
•   Candidates from SC and ST categories did not have to pay any fee.
•   Women from all categories were completely exempted from paying the fee.
•   Payments were accepted via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Net Banking.
•   Offline payment through State Bank of India E-Challan was also allowed.

•   The CRPF has the highest number of openings with 204 seats.
•   The CISF is offering 92 positions for Assistant Commandants.
•   There are 33 vacancies available in the SSB force.
•   The BSF department has 24 seats to be filled.
•   The ITBP has the smallest share with only 4 vacancies.

•   Candidates must be at least 20 years old to apply.
•   The upper age limit for the general category is 25 years.
•   Your age is calculated based on your status on August 1, 2025.
•   You must have graduated from a college or university.
•   Any subject or stream of study is acceptable for this degree.

•   Men need to be at least 165 cm tall, while women need 157 cm.
•   Men must have a chest expansion range between 81 and 86 cm.
•   The 100-meter race must be finished within 16 seconds by men and 18 seconds by women.
•   The 800-meter race allows 3 minutes 45 seconds for men and an extra minute for women.
•   Men must clear a long jump of 3.5 meters, and women must clear 3 meters.
•   Only male candidates are required to perform the Shot Put throw of 4.5 meters.

•   Ensure your photo is not older than 10 days from the date of applying.
•   You must write your name and the date the photo was taken on the image.
•   Use a light-colored background for your passport-sized photograph.
•   Choose your exam center early as they are given on a "first come, first served" basis.

•   Keep a printed copy of the submitted form for your future records.
