•You must have finished or be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.

• A minimum of 55% marks in your Master's degree is required for eligibility.

• Candidates who have completed a 4-year Bachelor’s degree are now also allowed to apply.

• To apply for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), you must not be older than 31 years.

• There is no age limit if you are only applying for the Assistant Professor (NET) position.

•Extra age relaxation is given to certain categories as per the official exam rules.

•Candidates can choose from a total of 85 subjects for the NET exam.

•Common subjects include History, Economics, and Political Science.

•Professional subjects like Management, Commerce, and Law are available.
